My Mission

For more than 25 years I have been dedicated to the development of companies and government agencies, i.e. their processes, projects, teams and individuals. I have repeatedly found that limited and quickly implemented measures can bring significant benefits to all types of organizations: Efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee commitment can be increased cost-effectively! For me, as an independent organization specialist and business psychologist, this makes for very interesting work that I enjoy doing.

I was able to bring my ideas and experiences to a large number of well-known organizations in Germany. These include, for example, the Federal Employment Agency (Nuremberg), the Federal Central Tax Office (Bonn), Commerzbank AG (Frankfurt am Main), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Luft- und Raumfahrt (Hamburg), Hella KgaA (Lippstadt) and RWE AG (Essen), L. Kostal GmbH & Co. KG (Lüdenscheid), the Psychological Service of the Bundeswehr (Bonn), WWK Allgemeine Versicherung AG (Munich). I also worked for customers in Bulgaria, Croatia, and Hungary.

  • Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (industrial engineer) with focus on industrial marketing
  • Magister Artium (Master of Arts) on labor and organizational psychology, etc.
